Thank you for shopping at SugarSand Kids. We take pride in offering quality children's clothing and gifts, and we want you to love your purchase.

Store Credit Only

We offer store credit on eligible returns. We do not offer cash or card refunds.

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for store credit, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Item must be unused and unworn
• All original tags must be attached
• Item must be in its original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at sugarsand30a@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. SugarSand Kids does not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be issued as store credit within 3 business days.
