Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders are shipped via DHL eCommerce and typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. SugarSand Kids has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Shipping Restrictions We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for international orders.
